Yes. The United States is one of only a few countries that taxes its Us citizens no matter where they live in the world. If you are an American living abroad, you must file a US federal tax return and pay US taxes on your worldwide income no matter where you live at that time. In other words, you are subject to the same rules regarding income taxation as people living stateside.
Only Us Persons or Us Citizens!!!!
Only US persons who claim to be US Citizens only have to pay taxes NOT Foreign Agents, or American Indigenous. How so? Once you separate your All caps name from the living woman or man name through filing of your Ucc and then take control of your ssn using the Foreign Trust, guess what??? You no longer need to file taxes!!! Or report any taxes! Because you’ve changed your status from a U.S. person ( Person means Artificial entity or corporation) to the foreign agent because you created a Foreign Entity when you created the Foreign Trust, which means you do not register with any other foreign entity! Your Grantor Foreign trust is your own private island!
What do I need to get started? You only need the name you wish to use for your trust, the name that matches your drivers license and ssn etc if you are American! If you are foreign you don’t need the ssn.
Then you get a global virtual office with the country you wish to create your Trust from and receive the Ein Courtesy letter for that Foreign Trust. Do you stop there? No!!!
You need to get your trust documents set up, and from there, you’ll need to take control of your ssn, any other eins floating around and take control of it with the Grantor Foreign Trust!
Once that is done then your ready to open up your Trust Checking account using copies of your trust document and courtesy letter you received from the irs to prove you are a foreign agent tax exempt from the USA Inc.
I’ve been doing this work for 13 years and have been tax free ever since and never once revoked my U.S. Passport!! I’m also felony free 😉 which means what I’ve done was completely legal and safe!!
