My old students tell me, my car payment and bills are weighing me down I need to discharge them using my birth certificate bond etc! I tell them this! “What you need is asking the question ”How can I make more money to create a quality lifestyle for myself so I can pay off these bills without even flinching?” It’s all in your mind which can reward you or rip you apart it’s your choice!

I pay my bills and don’t even bitch about it because I choose to live my life simply! I refuse to buy a brand new car to make car payments on something that will lose value as soon as you drive it off of the parking lot! Just buy a car a few years older and no car payments! Simple!

And turning a house into a liability where I need to slave and work for the rest of my life! If I were to play the mortgage game I’d buy a house and turn it into an asset and air b and b it until it increases in value. Then if I wish to sell it tax free because it will belong to a trust, My kids will receive all of the money from it instead of the tax guy! Knowledge is power amazing isn’t it?

You have the house make you money not the other way around! Like Warren Buffet one of the richest men in the world does! He lives in a modest house for several years $500k and buys hotels and rents them out! That’s something a 9 to 5er wouldn’t even have a clue on because they’ve been educated in slave school lol To slave for the rich!

So you see, it’s all to do with changing your mindset from slave to a millionaire mind! Stop being a slave to your own desires and realize we never truly own anything! Especially when we leave this world!
